After more than 10 years in automated brand protection, the Lawyerd team believes that we have overlooked a crucial aspect of the brand protection process: community engagement. Brand supporters and average internet community members are the first line of defense against various violations online.
We strongly believe that the community needs to have access to proactive brand protection for the brands they support, to eliminate fakes and scams, make the Internet a safer place, and, moreover, be rewarded for their impact on the whole community. This approach will incentivize proactive members to help brands protect their rights and create better connections with particular brands.
Lawyerd offers a comprehensive solution that leverages blockchain, crowdsourcing, and tokenomics to create a decentralized brand protection ecosystem.

We established a new way of brand-community cooperation via a community reward system. Lawyerd token (LAWD) is designed to incentivize the community to report violations (scams, counterfeit, copyright violations, and other types of intellectual property infringements) and validate them by sending them to our elimination solution/client to receive LAWD coins from the particular brand.
Brands do not need to launch their own token for users rewarding facing legal, tax, and geographical obstacles. Brands pay for a monthly subscription and after they could decide how much they want to pay for each violation and incentivize their brand community all over the world with Lawyerd tokens.
Snitch-to-earn (S2E) is a reward system inspired by Play-to-earn (P2E) crypto games that provide opportunities for game players to earn tokens and trade them making effective usage of blockchain technology.
Our users can decide which position they would like to take in the brand protection process.
The first group of users, called "Hunters" could be rewarded with LAWD for providing links to violations, screenshots, and tagging particular brands with violations on Twitter or LinkedIn. Another group, called "Inspectors" could be rewarded for voting for real violations from the list reported by Hunters as possible violations. We have gamified the process of checking violations for them, so Inspectors need to choose one real violation out of four other violations in our Captcha. If this violation gets the highest score from other Inspectors, the Inspector will receive the reward.
Of course, users could engage in both roles, providing significant value for brands and community protection. Our system will select 10 ambassadors each week for a particular brand. Ambassadors will have additional multipliers for reward receiving. They will receive a unique status within our platform and will also be publicly announced on our leaderboard on the Lawyerd platform.
On the other side, brands could work with violations that the community found and understand the pool of token spending via an inside platform interactive dashboard. Brands could mark violations for Lawyerd automated elimination or start the official legal case on their own with information about violations. Brands will see the level of fulfillment of the token pool for community protection and could fulfill it directly on the platform.
